Vulcania was the last Superhuman Warrior Beast in episode 55 of the Great Mazinger anime.
Appearance[]
Vulcania has a toy robot look, with a golden color scheme. It has a circular laser on the abdomen, holes on the spiked shoulder pads, and a toy robot head featuring wide antenna with the true face on the forehead.
Abilities and Equipment[]
Vulcania can fly at high speed and collects solar energy to shoot a powerful laser, but he must stand still with his back towards the sun to do so as the solar panels are located on his back and the difficulty to charge the weapon in another position. He could also launch many missiles (explosives or armor-piercing shells) from his shoulder pads.
History[]
While the Demonika was going to the finish off the Great Mazinger when Tetsuya was getting up, Vulcania started to attack Great. His solar-powered laser and missiles overpowered Tetsuya, but the Great launched a Drill Pressure Punch and destroyed Vulcania's laser. As both robots fell Vulcania tried to finish off the Great. Great sent a Thunder Break at his head before Vulcania crashed down and exploded and threw Great Mazinger to sea.
