Koji Kabuto[]
Koji and Sayaka are close friends. On top of having knowledge on his activities as Mazinger Z's pilots, Sayaka appears to understand him very well. She often can be seen besides him and supporting to the better of her ability.
Duke Fleed[]
Through her bond with Duke isn't as strong as Koji's, the two of them appear to be on good terms with each other. Duke joined their friend group during the time he spent amnesiac, growing close to both in the meantime.

First Encounter[]
Sayaka rescued an amnesiac Duke Fleed from the desert he crashlanded with Grendizer. Before she could leave towards safety, both were briefly purused by Doubles M2 and then rescued from it by Mazinger Z. From that point forward, Duke remained under hers and Koji's care as he did not have any memories from where he came from.
