Reform!? Count Brocken's Assignment is the seventh chapter of the Robot Girls Z web manga. It marks the official debut of Count Brocken and the manga debut of the Mycenae Empire.
Summary[]
Baron Ashura speaks with Dr. Hell having already found someone to fill in her position, Count Brocken. The Mechanical Beast Girls are stunned at the fact that Brocken's head is not attached to her body. Ashura explains her accomplishments before Dr. Hell rather than give Ashura a vacation has her filling out paperwork. Brocken gives the Mechanical Beast Girls a pep talk before preparing to have them study much to their dismay. Meanwhile at the Photon Power Laboratory, Robot Girls Team Z notices the lack of activity. Z-chan believes that the Underground Empire is up to something but Gre-chan believes she's just making excuses for something to do.
Brocken comes back to see the Mechanical Beast Girl's progress but overhears them complaining about Brocken's methods which upsets her and causes her to run off. A flashback reveals that she was a regular girl with a headless body until she meets a girl in a tiger costume who offers her a deal for new power. Back to the present Garada K7 and Doublas M2 speak with Ashura to become their commander again. But Ashura tells them that Brocken has to relinquish the position herself until Ashura finds some information on her that concerns Brocken and her place in the empire. Ashura then speaks with Brocken who explains to her how tough the job really is and wants to give it back to Ashura. However, Ashura was informed by Dr. Hell that with most of their funds used for Brocken's educational program and that their resources have been transferred to another company after Brocken withdrew from her position. Brocken is surprised that the Underground Empire wasn't really looking for education for the Mechanical Beast Girls. Dr. Hell then breaks transmission before the scene shifts to the tiger costumed girl Archduke Gorgon and her coworker General Juuma that it is time for the Mycenae Empire to come in now that they've acquired the Underground Empire's funds.
