Photon Power Town is a community located in Nerima Ward. It is known for its advances in energy research in the form of Photonic Energy being used in various aspects including fuel for vehicles and powering electronics. It is protected by the Robot Girls Team Z, who ironically end up destroying most of the town instead of the various threats they face off against. Surprisingly, repairs are handled quickly in spite of the large scale destruction but they are costly.

- Photon Power Laboratory: The primary center of Photonic Energy research and development. It is equipped with a special barrier to keep out threats. Advertisement for Photonic Energy is used through its representatives, Robot Girls Team Z who hand out fliers and work at stations where Photonic Energy is used. It is headed by Prof. Yumi.
- Jack & Mary's Mobile Store: A mobile store owned by a pair of siblings that sell various treats. It is well known for being destroyed whenever Robot Girls are around, ironically they are their best customers.
- Photon Power Hot Springs: A hot springs resort located near a volcano and owned by former idol Lorelai Yoko (Rhine X1).
- Shirakaba Ranch: A ranch owned by Danbei Makiba located somewhere outside town.
