Naida Baron is a childhood friend of Duke Fleed and the maid of Cassado.
Appearance[]
Naida is a beautiful woman with long, flowing green hair that cascades down her back. Her eyes are purple. She wears a light blue one-shoulder dress that is cinched at the waist with a deep blue sash, adorned with a prominent green gem at the center.
Her accessories include ribbon-like ornaments on her wrists. Naida's knee-high boots are deep blue with red diamond-shaped patterns, matching the bold accents of her outfit.
Background[]
Naida was born into the Baron family, a bloodline with deep ties to the Fleed royal family. She and her younger brother grew up alongside Duke Fleed, forming a close friendship among the three. Over time, Naida developed feelings for the prince but quietly stepped aside upon realizing he was in love with Princess Rubina.
After the destruction of the Fleedian royal family and the devastation caused by Grendizer's massacre, Naida found herself in the service of Cassado as his maid, enduring frequent mistreatment at his hands.
Personality[]
Naida is defined by her deep loyalties - to her brother Syrius, to her friends, and to her own principles. When she realized Duke Fleed and Princess Rubina were in love, she stepped aside despite her own feelings for Duke. Her bond with her late brother Syrius ran especially deep - she even endured torture from Cassado just for a chance to avenge his death.
This determination, however, was tempered by her inherent kindness. When confronting Duke over what she believed was his role in Grendizer's rampage, she chose to die in his arms rather than kill him outright. Her final moments revealed the conflict between her past affection for Duke and her mission of vengeance. In the end, she sacrificed herself to save him, having realized he couldn't be the monster she'd believed him to be.

Syrius[]
Naida's younger brother, Syrius, sacrificed himself to save her by pushing her out of the way as Grendizer's foot came crashing down. His death became the driving force behind Naida's quest for revenge against Duke. However, even with constant brainwashing to fuel her hatred, Naida struggled to fully commit to her mission of vengeance—it was never truly enough.
Duke Fleed[]
Duke and Naida grew up as close friends, sharing a deep bond. Over time, Naida developed feelings for Duke but chose to set them aside when she realized he and Princess Rubina shared a mutual love. Following the Grendizer's rampage, Naida blamed Duke for Syrius' death and pursued revenge against him.
Cassado[]
After the destruction caused by Grendizer, Naida volunteered to serve as Cassado's personal maid, hoping it would bring her closer to Duke. Despite the abuse she suffered in this role, she endured it all, driven by her desire revenge.
History[]
After Cassado was defeated and captured at the hands of Duke Fleed, the Gandal and Blaki decide to make use of Rubina. She's sent on a ship to crashland near Duke, who promptly rescue her.
Secretly, Naida came to Earth with the intent of avenging her brother, Syrius, who was killed during Grendizer's rampage, by murdering Duke Fleed. Despite her hatred for Duke, Naida remains deeply conflicted due to their shared past and must repeatedly be compelled by the Vegans' long-range brainwashing machine to stay committed to her mission.
However, Naida ultimately realizes she cannot go through with it. Duke's kindness, even after she stabs him, shakes her resolve completely. With Duke wounded and unable to fight, Naida takes the bomb she initially brought to destroy the Photon Power Laboratory and intercepts the approaching Vegan fleet instead. In a final act of redemption, she sacrifices herself by detonating the bomb, taking the enemies with her and saving Duke. Before her death, she reveals to Duke that Princess Rubina is still alive, leaving him with a vital piece of hope.
