Mazinger Z Alter Ignition (マジンガーＺ アルターイグニッション) is a spinoff manga reimagining the world of the original story. The manga is written and illustrated by Yu Kinutani while being published on Dynamic Planning's main website.[1]
Summary[]
Dr. Hell a brilliant biochemist with a penchant for alchemy had met with esteemed roboticist Dr. Juzo Kabuto for an expedition on the Greek Island of Bardos. On there, the pair discovered ancient biotechnological beings that Dr. Hell wishes to make use of for his plans of a new world order. Juzo refused, narrowly escaping Dr. Hell's own cyborg prototypes. To combat Hell, Dr. Kabuto began his lifelong project the Mazinger Z, leaving the battle up to his grandson Koji.
