Jenoba M9 is a Mechanical Beast that served as monster-of-the-week for episode 66 of the Mazinger Z. It appeared to have some sort of warrior's personality when it committed suicide as a way to preserve honor when it was about to be destroyed by the Mazinger.

Appearance

Jenoba resembles an armed military soldier with red armor, a black helmet with a fin, and lined white armbands. It wields a rifle and wears brown ammo belts around its body.

Abilities and Equipment

Jenoba wields a semi-automatic sniper rifle in battle, it can also assume a pistol-like form for when the enemy is closer. It can encase itself in a tornado to repel attacks and is resistant to energy. It is able to fly through rockets on its feet.

Personality

Jenoba shows signs of honour and respect for his foes, he refuses to kill a fleeing target or those weaker than him, and when pressured into doing so he turns on his masters. His final act of honour was to commit suicide rather than be destroyed by Koji, who honours him by placeing his gun in his hand.

• Jenoba M9 has appear in several Super Robot Taisen games. Specifically Shin Super Robot Wars & Super Robot Wars Alpha.
• He was called the Cyclone Sniper in Tranzor Z.
