Iba is a Kedora set out by Dr. Hell to attack the Photon Power Laboratory in Mazinger Z: Relic of Terror.
Appearance and Personality[]
Iba like the rest of the Kedora has a large main body that compose mainly of a head with a sharped tooted mouth, a single eye, and has several limbs including a pair of wings. Iba is shown to be highly loyal to the Mycenae Empire taking a machine of great power in order to destroy any and all obstacles in its path even when the empire is not present.
Abilities[]
Iba possesses the usual set of abilities belonging to the Kedora including the ability to take over machines such as the Mechanical Beasts or even the Mazinger Z. However, it does not seem to be able to use any of the special attacks used by the robots, relying on brute force and its savage fighting style. Iba possesses the ability to express words through radio waves after taking control of Garadoubla MK01, but it is unknown if other Kedora possess this ability.
History[]
Iba was released by Dr. Hell after a decoy was thrown out allowing the Kedora to infiltrate the Photon Power Laboratory and hijack Mazinger Z. As it rampages out of the lab and into the city, all efforts to stop have proven useless until Z's pilot Koji Kabuto and his partner Sayaka Yumi use the Hover Pilder to get close to the head and force Iba off. Iba attempts to fight Koji off when he is on the head of Z but the combined Mechanical Beast Garadoubla MK01 appears to confront them both. Koji manages to force Iba off in time for the Pilder to dock and take control of Mazinger Z. Iba however takes control of Garadoubla announcing its intentions over radio waves. Mazinger Z fought the Kedora controlled Mechanical Beast and destroyed them both.
