Daion γ (Gamma) that appear with the Mazinger Army in Shin Mazinger Shogeki! Z Hen.
Appearance[]
It appears like in the original manga with slight differences. It has a large clinder bukly body type. It has a red painted torso with the cockpit seen in the middle. The face has a very similar appearance with Mazinger as it too has a mouth grill.
Power & Abilities[]
Daion Gamma can open its chest to reveal Heat Sinks to perform Breast Fire. From what the show suggested this Daion along with the others isn't made with Alloy Z like it other counterparts.
History[]
The Daion Gamma was sortie with Million Alpha & Baion Beta to defeat the Mechanical Beast threat that was terrorizing Akami. Despite their best effects the Mechanical Monsters were too much with them. When Koji Kabuto was about to destroy Baron Ashura in vegeance with the Mazinger Z; Daion, Million, Baion, and Aphrodite A attempt to hold Mazinger Z back so they can follow Ashura to reveal where Dr. Hell's forces base was. Because of this Koji and the Mazinger Army were not on good terms for later episodes.
