Glossam X2 was a large underwater combat Mechanical Beast used by Baron Ashura in Mazinger Z Episode 18, Glossam, The Bloody Gang Of Pirates!

The Glossam like all Mechanical Beasts was massive in size, it had a pink color scheme and a pair of cutters at the top of its head and a pair of propellers on its back.
Powers and Abilities[]
The Glossam X2 could fire torpedoes from a three-tubed launcher revealed from a panel on its chest. It can use the cutters at the top of its head to attack enemies in a scissor fashion. For distractions, the Glossam can release an inky cloud out of its mouth. It is able to use the propellers on its back to swim at high speeds through bodies of water.

- Glossam X2 is briefly seen in the second opening of Mazinger Z, where it was destroyed by Mazinger's Breast Fire.
- In Tranzor Z, Glossam X2 was renamed Scissors 2.
- In the Hawaiian English dub of Mazinger Z, Glossam X2 is renamed Grotham X2.
