Drago Ω1 is a Ghost Mechanical Beast in Mazinkaiser that was the first to be revealed.
Appearance[]
Drago has a long silver slender snake like body with a blue reptilian head like its namesake. It has small claws and rockets on it hinds to fly. There are some tentacles on his body which can extend a far reach.
Abilities and Equipments[]
Drago is able to fly through the thrusters on its body. For offense it uses a sonic screech that can push back the Mazinkaiser and shatter the Photon Barrier around the Photon Power Laboratory. It can use the tentacles that extend from its body to restrain enemies as well as infect them with a bacteria agent that can change other robots into Ghost Mechanical Beasts.
History[]
Drago was found by Dr. Hell within Bardos along with several other Ghost Mechanical Beasts. With this new weapon, Dr. Hell sends out Drago to distract Mazinkaiser as it was fighting Toros D7, releasing a loud screech that blew the Kaiser back. As an Iron Mask escorted Baron Ashura away, Drago retreated.
The Ghost Mechanical Beast appeared again in Tokyo. As Venus A tried to fight it, it was caught in the Drago's tentacles. The Mazinkaiser easily destroyed the Mechanical Beast after cutting its tentacles and using the Fire Blaster. But the Drago had infected Venus with a bacteria that gives an artificial brain to the Venus turning it into a Ghost Mechanical Beast.

- Drago is one of the few Mechanical Beasts from Mazinkaiser to appear in some Super Robot Taisen games, like GC, J, & W.
