Dr. Hell is the enigmatic leader of the Underground Empire, striving for world domination. In spite of his role, he is only seen as a pair of eyes on a monitor.
Appearance[]
Dr. Hell's full appearance is never seen, only communicating with his subordinates over a series of monitors. His only notable features is a pair of eyes with a black outline, light yellow sclera, and dark blue pupils.
Personality[]
Dr. Hell is a mad scientist bent on world domination and is generally a no-nonsense person. This is best shown when getting his subordinates attention when they get distracted and is generally annoyed or maddened when they fail at their tasks. However, he does respect them as shown when Dr. Hell had to tell Ashura some bad news regarding the empire's financial situation.
Abilities[]
Dr. Hell uses a manipulator to grasp objects and get his subordinates attention since he cannot physically go to places. He also creates the suits that the Mechanical Beast Girls use for battle.
History[]
Dr. Hell appeared on screen when contacting Baron Ashura about Robot Girls Team Z while sending her more Mechanical Beast Girls to combat them that always ended up failing and Dr. Hell scolds Baron Ashura after all is said and done. He eventually sold the Underground Empire to the Mycenae Empire while still in contact with Ashura.
