Count Brocken is one of God Kaiser Hell's lieutenants.
Appearance[]
Brocken is a floating head attached to numerous cables with a wrinkled appearance and deformed features. His left eye is replaced with a glass sphere. The bottom of his support platform can extend as a neck and attach to a series of bodies that are identical to the original Count Brocken.
Personality[]
Brocken's loyalty to Hell is second to none, following every order without question.
Abilities[]
Brocken is able to attach his long neck to one of several bodies in order to move. He is also able to be brought back from the dead.
History[]
Brocken was sent along with a group of Bio-Beasts to confront Z. Brocken eventually faced Z but was killed. Hell had him resurrected, just enough for Brocken to deliver the notes on Z's creation. Brocken along with the rest of the lieutenants are then melted down and reformatted into the Great General of Darkness.
