As many surely know, in 2018 the movie "Mazinger Z: Infinity" was released, which continues and closes the original story started in 1972, brought by Go Nagai himself on his anniversary. However, before the film's release, the prequel manga "Interval Peace" told us that the film was a direct continuation of Mazinger Z (1972) and Great Mazinger (1974), but ignoring UFO Robot Grendizer (1975), the which for a long time was considered the third part of the Mazinger Z story. But with the two aforementioned works it ended up being decanonized from the main continuity that is now made up of:

1. Mazinger Z: The Mikene Legend (2012)

2. Mazinger Z manga/anime (1972)

3. Great Mazinger manga/anime (1974)

4. Mazinger Z: Interval Peace (2017)

5. Mazinger Z: Infinity (2018)

But recently I have found some people who tell me that Grendizer (1975) is still canon only that it is not "mentioned", but in all the works already cited literally Grendizer does NOT exist and neither his history.

So I wanted to ask here if anyone knows anything about the subject to clarify my doubts, please.

Note: I forgot to mention that there is an interview where Go Nagai stated that he did not consider Grendizer (1975) as a continuation of Great Mazinger (1974) and Mazinger Z (1972), being like an "alternate history" and making the movie Mazinger Z: Infinity made its vision canon and official. Although according to the people who claim that Grendizer is canon, they say that this interview is false and that it does not exist.

Found most of the concept arts of the Mycenae Empire members and warrior beasts in Mazinkaiser. I dug up everything I could! Couldn't find the concepts for the Aerial warrior beasts sadly. But enjoy!
